On August 23, Nivcharot held a workshop for 20 Haredi women from the south of Tel Aviv. This event was initiated by Nivcharot activist Meital Tsuberi, who wanted to promote women in her neighborhood. The goal of the workshop, facilitated by Raaya Mery, Nivcharot’s Project Director, was to assist these women articulate a personal and professional vision for themselves. “Dreams are made to come true,’’ Raaya said.




Community Event

On September 7, 2023, as part its Ahoteinu At community activities, Nivcharot held an evening event in Jerusalem attended by 20 Haredi women. Professor Tova Hartman from the Ono Academic College spoke about Judaism and Feminism. The lecture was followed by a discussion on feminism moderated by Lea Shaynbrum, a stand-up performance by Sheri Silver and group activities facilitated by Toybe Klein. Toybe and Lea are graduates of Nivcharot’s Leadership Course.

Women and business

We believe that women are able to break glass ceilings in business as well. Last August we held a meeting that focused on female entrepreneurs and businesswomen. Marketing expert Miri Hoffman Yagalni lectured on "A Wilderness of Hidden Potential." Miri is an activist and a graduate of the sixth Nivcharot Leadership Course. She leads the Women. Knowledge. Power community.
