Nivcharot activist Yifat Chaim spoke at a meeting of the Committee for Social Services and Welfare about the need to improve the level of social services. She explained that Haredi families hesitate before turning for help, and when they do, they experience long waiting times and an endless turnover of social workers who are burdened with too many cases and cannot provide families with the care they need.
